Acanthocereus tetragonas- 19cm

Acanthocereus tetragonus 'Fairy Castle' is a dwarf slow-growing cactus with multiple branches that are curved to give the appearance of the towers and minarets of a fairytale castle. Each branch has five sides and short white spines that grow along the ribs. An adult plant can reach about 1 metre in height. Nocturnal flowers are white or yellow and rarely produced.  The other common names of the cactus are Triangle cactus, Sword-pear, or wire cactus. This drought-resistant cactus does not need much care and is great for beginners. Make sure to let the soil dry out between each watering to mimic its natural habitat.
