Begonia rex 'Mini Silver' - 13cm

Begonia rex 'Mini Silver' is a compact cultivar within the Begonia rex-cultorum group, known for its ornate foliage. This plant forms a small rosette of ovate to spiralled leaves with a silvery overlay across a green to dark maroon base, often featuring fine pink to red veining. Rex begonias can be quite particular when it comes to watering and humidity, preferring  the soil to dry partially between waterings. They love ambient humidity, preventing the leaves from getting crispy brown edges, but water on the foliage will certainly cause powdery mildew.
