The Tropical Pitcher Plant, Nepenthes spp. is part of the fascinating carnivorous plants group,  usually native to Southeast Asia, India, and northern Australia. Pitcher plants are named for the pitchers at the end of each leaf that are filled with digestive fluid to catch bugs. 

All Nepenthes grow best in continuously warm, humid, and bright conditions.
